Darkness holds many gifts. Rest. Regeneration. Emptiness. Silence.

In symbolic terms, the dark stands for the unknown. The face of the other. The face of ourselves we need a different sort of mirror to see.

I became interested in the dark through my spiritual journey and exploring somatic practices.

This site is my way of advocating for the wholeness of the dark, and it's also a home for my writing, creative work and current hobbies.
